The first floor houses the exceptional surgery center equipped with modern operating rooms and advanced surgical tools. Skilled surgeons perform a wide range of procedures utilizing minimally invasive techniques to ensure quicker recovery times and improved patient outcomes.

Our facility employs state-of-the-art Class A construction, ensuring top-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship. We have prioritized energy efficiency throughout the building, incorporating environmentally-friendly features such as high-performance insulation, LED lighting, and efficient HVAC systems.
At the heart of our building design is a centrally located check-in area, strategically positioned to streamline visitor flow and enhance convenience. This spacious reception space is equipped with cutting-edge technology for efficient registration and security protocols. Additionally, we have implemented advanced access control systems to ensure a safe and controlled environment for all occupants.
To further enhance occupant comfort and reduce energy consumption, sustainable elements were incorporated into the construction, we have installed renewable energy sources such as solar panels on the roof to help offset our power consumption. Founder
Dr. Eugene Rajaratnam MD, FACS, ABAARM
Eugene C. Rajaratnam, M.D., known as Dr. Raj, is a board-certified Urologist in Lancaster, California, who has been in private practice for over 30 years. He also holds certifications in anti-aging and regenerative medicine and is the founder of California Wellness Institute in Palm Desert, California.
History
Dr. Eugene C. Rajaratnam has established himself as an eminent figure within the medical community of Lancaster, California where he practices as a board-certified Urologist with more than 30 years of experience in private practice. His expertise extends beyond traditional urology as he holds additional certifications in anti-aging and regenerative medicine which exemplify his commitment to patient care.
From an early age, Dr.Raj’s fascination with the human body was nurtured by being raised by a father who was also a physician; this upbringing instilled within him an innate curiosity about physiology that continues to drive him today.
After completing his medical education at Stanley Medical College located in India, Dr. Raj relocated to New York City where he completed his internship at Coney Island Hospital and his residency at Brookdale Medical Center. Furthering his specialization, he successfully completed a Urology Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. Eventually, Dr. Raj made the decision to move across the country and settle in California, ultimately making Lancaster his home.
While medicine remains an undying passion for Dr.Raj, he also dedicates himself to various other endeavors. He actively oversees a charitable foundation aimed at uplifting young individuals and is also known for his skills as a photographer, videographer, and pilot of both airplanes and helicopters.
